SUBMITTING A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE THROUGH THE WEBSITE:

Obtaining a quote from our website is extremely easy! First, click on the product category that lists the products for which you are searching. Not sure what product you are looking for? Click on "Search" to search our entire online catalog. Browse for the items you are interested in and add them to your basket by clicking your mouse on each item, selecting any options for that item, and clicking the Add to Basket button. Fill your shopping cart with as many products as you would like and follow the step-by-step instructions. If you prefer not to submit a request for a quote through the Internet, you can also order by telephone or fax.

ORDER BY FAX:

You can download and print a copy of the order form by clicking on Download Order Form. Then, fill out the order form and fax your request for a quote with all the appropriate information included to: 407-699-4309. Be sure to include a phone number where you can be reached.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Returns for exchange or refund must be made within 30 days of shipping date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Call for return authorization.  No return will be accepted without a return authorization. Shipping fees will be charged on all exchanges. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

PRICING:

Please submit a request for a quote by placing items in your basket and then submitting the form. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will try to keep them as low as possible, passing the savings on to you, our customers.

Most shipping in the United States is done through United Parcel Service. Under certain circumstances, US Mail or other carrier will be used.
